Lots of work on give and go tonight. Start off with a quick throwing drill, followed by a give and go up the line drill some of you will recognise from indoors ;-). The games will involve quick start plays - so make sure you are focused and have your thinking caps on! Warm up at 8.45 sharp - if you want to throw around, be there early!!!

SSC Astro turf! Be ready to warmup up at 8:45! I'm expecting some wind so we'll run some drills to see how we cope. Cut, catch and throw, upwind downwind, crosswind throwing. We finish with a game.

Hucking and laying out are FUNdamental. Be prepared to run long and get muddy at WIDE LANE this sunday. Normal time - 12.30 but turn up early for warm up and bring a spare set of kit.

We'll be improving catching by playing games of 500s and then drilling catching when tired. We're going to work on our throwing by introducing a marker. Then we top it off with short games learning to cope with less space.
