Thursday Training - Wide Lane - 13thDec08 by Squeaks
The following weekend is Mixed Winter League, so with that in mind, it's always a good idea to have done a bit of Zone practice. So that's what we've got in mind for Thursday. Our least experienced players will have some near one to one coaching, but everyone else can try two variations of our Junk zone which we'll use this season. Be there early - we start at 8pm as usual.
Break Force - 6th Nov 08 by Squeaks
