Ultimate Frisbee - Taster session - 19th July by Captain Aidan
The event is open to everyone who would like to try out the sport or who knows how to play and would like to join our club.

We'll have qualified coaches on hand to show/talk you through some of the basics and for the more experienced, we'll have games running for you to join in.

We'll start at 12.30 and the taster session will last for an hour. We will however stay longer for those of you who want to play more.

You only need to bring some suitable clothes to run around in. A light and dark top (for easy team selection). Trainers are fine, or football boots if you have them. Some water too - in case you run more than you were expecting to!

We meet in the north-eastern corner of the common, near to Highfield and by the underpass below The Avenue. The link on our front page will show you how to find us.

Hope to see you then!
