Welcome to the home of Ltd Release, Southampton's ultimate frisbee club. We cater for all ultimate male and female players in Hampshire and the surrounding area - currently members from Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Chichester, Winchester and Basingstoke train with us. Trainings on Thursdays are now back at the Wide Lane venue, on grass. Sessions are held between 8pm and 10pm.
