Welcome to the home of Ltd Release, Southampton's ultimate frisbee club. We cater for all ultimate
male and female players in Hampshire and the surrounding area - currently members from Portsmouth,
Bournemouth, Chichester, Winchester and Basingstoke train with us. If you are interested in giving

Trainings on Thursdays are currently held at the Wide Lane venue, on grass. Sessions are held between 8pm till 10pm. Please can people be there with boots on ready to go at 7.55pm so that we can have a full session.
