Welcome to the home of Ltd Release, Southampton's ultimate frisbee club. We cater for all ultimate
male and female players in Hampshire and the surrounding area - currently members from Portsmouth,
Bournemouth, Chichester, Winchester and Basingstoke train with us. If you are interested in giving

The club currently has 2 practices a week; beginners are welcome to both sessions.
Thursday evenings are at Wide Lane Sports Ground, and are played on grass from 8pm to 10pm during the winter season.
Sunday afternoon practice is held on Southampton common from 12.30 to 2.30pm
