Welcome to the home of Ltd Release, Southampton's ultimate frisbee club. We cater for all ultimate
male and female players in Hampshire and the surrounding area - currently members from Portsmouth,
Bournemouth, Chichester, Winchester and Basingstoke train with us. If you are interested in giving

Thursday evenings are at Wide Lane Sports Ground, and are played on grass from 7:00pm to 9:00pm during the summer season.
